In recent years, with the development of China’s economy and society, energy enterprises are experiencing a key phase of transformation and revolution, requiring an adjustment and change. It became especially urgent in 2011 when thermal-energy enterprises are generally experiencing deficit and about to meet a fiercer emission standard of air pollutants next year; the stricter integration standard has driven wind power industry to explore how to handle difficulties during the development; seize a new opportunity; and seek out a new method and engine for future development.
Established in 2009, CEESF has successfully held twice. Over the past two years, Under the guidance of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, CEESF has witnessed the energy enterprises’ execution ability for dealing with global financial and economic crisis and grasping every development chance; and its social responsibility by actively reacting to government’s commitment on energy saving and emission reduction under a global-climate-change scenario.
